The vision of the CU Lead program is:

• To provide a framework for individuals and organizations to grow leadership skills;

• To create an environment for community needs to be identified and vetted by present and future leaders - gaining a commitment to community solutions;

• To encourage individuals to become effective change agents in order to keep the Crawford: 20/20 Vision alive and in mo- tion; and

• To create a growing team of passionate, committed dedicated leaders benefiting our community, our companies, our various organizations and the individual residents.

There is now a community vision that goes well beyond past expectations. Therefore, there is substantial work to be done.

Inventories can be managed but people must be led.

Past leadership practices have not resulted in the outcomes the community desires.

The timing is right, as Crawford: 20/20 Vision has established its plan to guide the county to the future.
