The course curriculum has been developed with the intention of clear benefit toward the individual, the organization they represent, and the community.
CU Lead Coursework
Coursework will stem from the individual assessment tools so participants can make clear connections to their personal experience.
The method of coursework delivery will include: instruction, experiential learning exercise and reflection.
Several respected individuals in the community and others outside the community will provide instruction.
The Mid-Ohio area has many opportunities for experiential learning to occur in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Reflective time is vital for an individual to incorporate lessons and experiences into practice – this time will be convened throughout the course.
